Services

TerraByte provides AI agent deployment, website development, and marketing services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon during consultation before work begins.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon per project. Typical structure is 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. Monthly support services are billed month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.

Ownership

You own everything we build for you. Code, content, accounts, data, and all deliverables belong to you upon final payment. We do not retain ownership of client work.

Support

Monthly support plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Support covers maintenance, updates, fixes, and minor changes as described in your service agreement.

Liability

TerraByte is not liable for damages beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question. We build and deploy systems to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or revenue results.

Termination

Either party can end the working relationship at any time. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for work completed. If we cancel, we refund any payment for undelivered work.
